Lie down. Get comfortable. Let yourself be surrounded by sound.

This Sound & Voice Bath is a spacious 60 minute journey using singing bowls, voice, vibration, rhythm and silence to create an immersive soundscape around you.

You don’t need to do anything, perform anything or understand anything. You are simply invited to listen and notice what happens when the body is given time to rest and the mind no longer has to lead.

You may experience deep relaxation, a quieter mind, changes in sensation, imagery, emotion, sleepiness or simply the pleasure of being held within sound.

The voice is woven through the session as another instrument — sometimes subtle, sometimes more present — adding texture, resonance and depth to the sound journey.

This session may be for you if you want:

• deep rest

• space away from everyday demands

• a quieter nervous system

• time to reconnect with your body

• an experience that doesn’t require talking

• to simply lie down and receive

We’ll begin with a short arrival and settling practice before moving into the sound journey, with time afterwards to gently return and to journal.

No previous experience is needed.

Mats will be provided by request . Bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask or anything else that will help you feel comfortable.

Standard place: £20

Supported place: £15

Two supported places are available for anyone for whom the standard price would make attending difficult. No explanation is required.

Maximum 10 people.

Facilitated by Caroline Georgiou, an experienced counsellor, somatic practitioner and sound-based wellbeing facilitator, with extensive experience in trauma-informed and body-based practice.
