secret sound garden

A series of four voice-led sound baths for women, held in the quiet embrace of a private garden.

Begin the day held by nature, sound and voice as we soften, rebalance and return to ourselves. These sessions are an invitation to rest, receive and let the body be gently restored through therapeutic sound, the living field of the garden, and the deep medicine of listening.

If it rains, we can sit comfortably in the outdoor summer house for the session.

Blankets, yoga mats and eye masks shall be provided. £25 per person, up to six spaces.

Location will be shared closer to the time.
