Online Integration Circle | Sound of Dreams

A gentle online space to reflect, reconnect, and explore what continues to unfold after your sessions.

This circle is for those who have already attended an online or in-person Sound of Dreams session with me. It is intentionally a familiar and contained space, allowing us to continue building trust, depth, and shared understanding within the work.

Sometimes the deepest parts of a process emerge afterwards, through dreams, emotions, sensations, memories, shifts in awareness, or subtle changes in daily life. This space offers an opportunity to slow down and listen more carefully to what may still be moving within you.

Together, we will explore the themes, experiences, images, and insights that can arise through sound-based and altered-state work, within a grounded and supportive environment. There may be space for reflective sharing, journalling prompts, gentle embodiment practices, and deeper enquiry into the language of dreams and the body.

You are welcome whether your experience felt profound, subtle, emotional, expansive, unclear, or difficult to put into words. Integration is not about having the “right” experience, but about allowing space for meaning, settling, and deeper understanding to emerge over time.

Please bring:

• a journal

• water or tea

• a quiet, comfortable space
