Land of the Lost: A Sound of Dreams Online Journey
This new soundscape has been created to attune to those who feel, or have felt, lost, alone, or out in the wilderness without a map or sense of direction.
What is The Sound of Dreams?
It is a therapeutic sound and energy process for deep rest, altered states, dream imagery and inner listening.
Join from the comfort of your own home and create a quiet space where you can lie down, close your eyes and be guided by sound.
The screen becomes our modern-day fire. We gather together from different places, entering a shared dreaming space where sound, energy and presence create the container for the journey.
You’ll be immersed in a bespoke therapeutic soundscape woven with music, rhythm, voice, silence and energetic attunement. The soundscape is created to support the body and nervous system to settle, while inviting imagery, memory, emotion, sensation, insight and dream material to arise naturally.
Sound, rhythm and voice can affect the body through breath, vibration, brainwave states and the nervous system. As the body settles, this may support natural shifts in the chemistry of rest, connection and emotional regulation, including the processes linked with stress reduction, oxytocin, endorphins, mood, calm and sleep.
This journey may support:
• deep rest and improved sleep
• reduced stress, tension and mental noise
• nervous system settling
• emotional reflection and gentle release
• a greater sense of safety and connection
• dream imagery, intuition and creative insight
• integration during times of change, grief, growth or transition
Each journey is different. Some people experience deep stillness, dream imagery, memory, subtle movement, emotional release, insight, or a sense of timelessness.
Please create a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. You will need a strong, stable internet connection.
Please bring:
• a yoga mat, bed, or comfortable place to lie down
• a blanket and water nearby
• a journal and pen for reflective prompts to support recall and integration
No previous experience is needed.
After the sound journey, we take time to re-integrate together through sharing, listening and reflective prompts. Non-refundable.
