At 6am (2pm UK time), we’ll begin with a gentle verbal and somatic attunement to set the energy for the journey ahead. Then, as the music plays, you’ll be invited to sink into your own internal space, supported by sound, energy, and the quantum field. After the journey, you can either come together to share experiences or ease out of the container and begin your waking day... for those who stay, we’ll come together to share experiences and support each other in the integration process, co-creating the true innerdance soundscape.
