How It Works:

Find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, and a pillow—anything that supports your full presence. As you close your eyes to see and open your heart to hear, let the vibrations of the sonic universe guide you inward and beyond.

At 7pm, we’ll begin with a gentle verbal attunement to set the energy for the journey ahead. Then, as the music plays, you’ll be invited to sink into your own internal space, supported by sound, energy, and the quantum field. After the journey, we’ll come together to share experiences and support each other in the integration process, co-creating the true innerdance soundscape.
