What is innerdance?

Innerdance is a multi-sensory, person-centered approach that helps people process complex emotions through sound, energy, and therapeutic touch. It creates a dream-like state, supporting emotional processing and trauma release. Known as the fourth dimension of consciousness, Innerdance is a practice as ancient as time itself, experienced globally in settings like addiction treatment, psychiatric hospitals, classrooms, and prisons.

What you will experience:

Join Caroline and Hayley, advanced facilitators and trainers, for a transformative journey. This fully immersive training combines online sessions and an 8-day in-person retreat, designed to awaken your connection to Innerdance and refine your skills as a trauma-informed facilitator.

The retreat includes:

• Shared accommodation

• Vegan-friendly meals and snacks

• Online sessions (dates TBC)

• Ongoing support via WhatsApp group

You’ll also have time to rest and rejuvenate with access to a sauna, hot tub, nature walks, and communal spaces. At the end of the training, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance and, upon completion of your case studies, a certificate of completion.
