Join me for my first live-DJ’d session—a journey through music, rhythm and stillness, into the dreaming wisdom of the body.

I.D is an invitation to dream while awake. As waves of sound meet your senses, images, memories, emotions and sensations may stir. The body may find its own way to process those forgotten dreams held within.

Here, there is space to soften around what you have been carrying, give feelings room to breathe and listen beneath the noise of everyday life. An invitation to befriend your body, remember your own rhythms and discover a little more freedom within.

The music will be mixed live, allowing the journey to take shape as we listen and dream together. Your body, your expression, your choice.

We’ll take time to arrive and settle, and to return gently, with space for reflection before we close.

Create your dreaming space

You’ll need a strong, reliable internet connection and a private space where you can be undisturbed.

Some people use headphones, it is up to your preference.

Nest up with everything you need for physical comfort; somewhere cosy to lie down, blankets, cushions and water—so you can settle fully and dream freely.

Bring a journal and pen to gather the threads of your experience afterwards.
